At Yume, we strive to provide each guest a memorable relaxing spa experience. In order to maintain our highest level of customer service, we shall adhere to the following policies:

RESERVATIONS

Yume encourages all guests to schedule an appointment for all kinds of services. Appointments can be made online at our website https://yumespa.com/ or calls during working hours. If we miss your calls, please leave us a voicemail or text message with your full name, time & services you want to book, we will return your calls at the earliest convenience. Please also inform us of any allergies, product reactions, or any other health concerns while booking an appointment.

A 40% deposit is required when booking an appointment. This deposit ensures your reservation and will be deducted from the total cost of services rendered. Payment can be made securely online through our website or over the phone. A confirmation message will be sent out by our automated system once your appointment is successfully booked.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes changes are unavoidable. To help us serve you better, our system will send a reminder 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: We kindly ask for your understanding that the 40% deposit made during booking will be non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Since our nail technicians have already set aside time for your appointment and cannot take other clients, the full service fee will be charged.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service time to accommodate others.

GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES

Gift cards/certificates are available for purchase at our stores or our website. Gift cards will expire in 01 year.
We require the unique code on the gift card/certificates in order to be redeemed. 
We are not responsible for any gift card/certificate that is lost or used without permission.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

We always strive to provide the best service for our guests. Your satisfaction is our pride. If we fail to meet your expectations, we would love to hear from you. You can call or email us at info@yumespa.com. While we do not refund any services, we will happily try to fix any issues until you are 100% satisfied.

COMPLIMENTARY ADD ON

Complimentary champagne, cheese boards are available for all packages, groups & couples’ appointments. You must let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment that you would like these added to your appointment. We do not keep stock of these, we order it day of to ensure freshness and to limit waste.
